Zyliss Bench Scraper

Description

Prepare. measure and cut dough with the Zyliss bench scraper. This versatile kitchen utensil has many uses – from portioning and scraping dough to lifting bakes from a baking sheet. You can even use it to chop vegetables and transfer them from the chopping board to the pan.

The blade of this bench scraper is made from stainless steel and is handily marked with both centimetre and inch measurements for when cutting precision bakes is required. The solid beech wood grip handle is attractively finished with harbour blue dipped ends.

To clean. simply wash in warm soapy water and dry thoroughly (not suitable for dishwashers).
